I had literally jumped off the train and hopped right into the cab begging the driver to speed up ?(which is difficult in Manhattan traffic!) just so I wouldn’t miss a moment of the?Romona ?Keveza Legends Collection! Despite the fact that I was panting as I walked in the door (still hauling my bag – tacky I know), it was all worth it to be greeted by Romona Keveza herself!

Described as ‘a modern twist on classic romance’, you can see how the collection drew inspiration from fashion greats Grace Kelly and Jackie O, for their classic style was infused into every gown. Light, flowy fabrics like lace and organza are ?hugely popular for?bridal fashion fall 2010. Many dresses incorporated lace in various forms; ?from the necklines to scalloped ?in the train, boleros to the whole skirt – lace has made a grande return. ?The use of organza petals (pictured above), which added an unexpected pizazz that made the gown current, while maintaining its traditional overall feel.
