Before I go into all the luxurious details, I have to preface this by admitting Ines Di Santo is a favorite of mine, so my love affair with her work is at extreme levels. I will say that these gowns are not for the demure, meek bride – this collection is worn to make a statement, while still allowing the bride to shine.?Ines Di Santo’s collection made for jaw-dropping bridal fashion with each dress bringing more glamour and drama then the one before it!
The?beginning?of the collection showed a handful of mini dress gowns that are perfect for the reception party or for a bride just wanting to flash a little leg! As previously mentioned, these gowns are all about the WOW-factor. In true Ines Di Santo collection, there were several voluminous ball gowns and jewel encrusted bodices and embellishments. Several trends to look for in bridal couture for fall 2010 collections that were seen in this collection were the ?organza petals and flowered skirts, a lot of lace details on the bodice and skirt and the use of pleats. As expected the collection dazzled us all!
